Are ASTM or EN certificates issued by Mother India Stones?

No. Where a project requires ASTM, EN, CE or other technical evidence, the relevant reports must come from the selected supplier, source, product or accredited laboratory as applicable. Mother India Stones coordinates and reviews the documentation for the buyer.

Do all suppliers have the same certifications?

No. Capabilities and documentation vary by quarry, processor, manufacturer, product and destination market. Supplier qualification is performed against the specific buyer requirement.

What supplier documents can be checked?

Depending on the transaction, checks can include supplying legal entity, GST/IEC or other export credentials, source relationship, test reports, sample approval, packing plan, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and shipping documentation.

Supplier identity

Confirm the actual legal entity that will manufacture/export, its business details and the people accountable for the order.

Export readiness

Where relevant, validate IEC/GST and other transaction documents of the selected Indian exporter rather than attributing them to Mother India Stones.

Technical testing

ASTM, EN, CE-related or client-specific evidence is requested from the selected source/product when the buyer's specification requires it.

Sample & source match

Physical samples, colour range, finish and source details can be validated before a trial or production order.

QC & packing

Dimensions, tolerance, finish, crate/pallet approach, load plan and pre-dispatch photos can be agreed as part of the order controls.

Shipping documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and other required documents are coordinated with the selected exporter/logistics chain.
