Mother India Stones is a buyer-first sourcing desk for international stone procurement. Instead of pushing one factory's inventory, we build the supply chain around the buyer's actual requirement — stone, dimensions, finish, quantity, destination, standards, target price and delivery window.
We turn a buyer's RFQ into a structured search across suitable Indian quarries, processors and export manufacturers.
The model
Buyer requirement first. Supplier second.
The traditional sales model starts with a quarry and asks who might buy its stone. We reverse it: start with the buyer's requirement, then identify the right supply source.
Understand
We structure the requirement: material, application, dimensions, finish, quantity, destination, standards and commercial target.
Source
We identify suitable suppliers from India's quarrying and processing ecosystem rather than relying on a single factory.
Compare
Price is compared alongside MOQ, capacity, tolerances, lead time, packing, documentation and export readiness.
Validate
The selected source, legal supplier, samples and relevant test/export documents are checked before the buyer commits.
